Sponsorship Opportunities
Meeting Sponsorship – $225.00 (Associate Member) / $425.00 (Non-Member)
- Your company’s logo will be displayed and it will be linked to your web page on:
- The Meeting event page,
- Emails promoting the Meeting
- Your company will be recognized and your logo displayed before the presentations.
- Two (2) complimentary registrations to attend the Meeting
Add-ons for Meeting Sponsors:
Exhibitor (Limit 14) – +$295.00
- One (1) table in the exhibit area.
- Unlimited complimentary registrations for attendees from your company.
Break Sponsor (Limit 2) – +$100.00
- Special signage around the coffee break station
- Special mention and thank you before we take a break
Attendee Handout Sponsor – +$100.00
- Opportunity to have (1) item (provided by the sponsor) handed out at registration to all the attendees.
Program Sponsor – +$200.00
- Half Page (3.75″ x 5″) b/w advertisement placed in the event program.
Highlight Sponsor (Limit 6) – +$200.00
- Have a 30 second mp4 video about your company aired before one of the presentations:
- MSECA can help you create the video if you do not have one already and we’ll provide you with a file of the final version for future use.
- Longer videos can be accommodated but there will be an additional charge.
Primary Event Sponsor (Limit 1) – +$500.00
- Top billing as the primary sponsor for the event.
- Company name / logo printed on attendee name badges.
- Special recognition & thank you from the podium.
- Opportunity to speak to the group for up to for 2-3 minutes.
