Seminar Sponsorship – $200.00 (Associate Member) / $400.00 (Non-Member)
- Two (2) complimentary registrations to attend the Seminar
- Your company will be recognized and your logo displayed before the presentations.

- Emails promoting the Seminar
Table Exhibitor & Seminar Sponsor (Limit 14) – $550.00 (Associate Member) / $750.00 (Non-Member)
- One (1) table in the exhibit area.
- Unlimited complimentary registrations for attendees from your company.
- Your company will be recognized and your logo displayed before the presentations.
- Your company’s logo will be displayed and it will be linked to your web page on:
- The Seminar event page,
- Emails promoting the Seminar
Add-ons for Seminar Sponsors:
Break Sponsor (Limit 2) – +$100.00
- Special signage around the coffee break station
- Special mention and thank you before we take a break
Attendee Handout Sponsor – +$150.00
- Opportunity to have (1) item (provided by the sponsor) handed out at registration to all the attendees.
Program Sponsor – +$200.00
- Half Page (3.75″ x 5″) b/w advertisement placed in the event program.
Highlight Sponsor (Limit 6) – +$250.00
- Have a 30-second MP4 video about your company aired before one of the presentations:
- Longer videos can be accommodated, but there will be an additional charge.
Primary Event Sponsor (Limit 1) – +$600.00
- Top billing as the primary sponsor for the event.
- Company name/logo printed on attendee name badges.
- Special recognition & thank you from the podium.
- Opportunity to speak to the group for up to 2-3 minutes.
